And now, the pro chef is setting his sights on conquering the taco space, with his own twist.

Merida’s newest innovative venture is Craft Taco Company, which is hosting its grand opening at its 5 Corners Westwood location on April 13. But don’t let the name deceive you — this new restaurant is anything but your basic Mexican-inspired taco and instead combines some of the chef’s influences from around the world (think: Korea, India, and the South) and puts it into gourmet taco form.
