The Bergen Record’s real estate reporter Maddie McGay recently toured Livana Fair Lawn, a new active adult rental development in this Bergen County township. The project, developed by Kushner, is located at 17-00 Pollitt Drive and features 307 rental residences and resort-inspired amenities inside and out. Located at 17-00 Pollitt Drive, the property is the second of several developments coming to New Jersey under the new Livana brand by real estate development firm Kushner Companies. There is also an existing all-ages community in East Hanover, as well as four to-be-built developments in Livingston, Monmouth, Long Branch and Colts Neck.
