As posted by nj.com, the chef behind wildly popular bagel shop O’Bagel opened Mile Square Cafe in Hoboken earlier this summer. The restaurant’s pancakes, breakfast burritos and more have already made it one of the best brunch destinations in the Mile Square City.

“O’Bagel has always been the foundation of who I am, but it doesn’t define me” El-Hassan told NJ Advance Media. “My father founded O’Bagel, and then I expanded it to make it more of a scalable concept and developed the brand to kind of made it my own. Mile Square Cafe is showcasing who I am now as a chef, as a creator and as a leader.”
