
Halifax Restaurant in Hoboken will host a special four-course Duckhorn Vineyards wine pairing dinner on Thursday, March 12, bringing together seasonal cuisine and acclaimed Napa Valley wines for an intimate evening of food, wine, and conversation.
Created by Executive Chef Seadon Shouse, the menu reflects Halifax’s coastal-inspired culinary style while highlighting the structure and character of wines from Duckhorn Vineyards. Each course has been thoughtfully designed to complement the selected wines, focusing on balance, texture, and depth of flavor.
Guiding guests through the evening will be Renée Ary, who will share insight into the vineyards, the winemaking process, and the legacy that has made Duckhorn a benchmark Napa Valley producer for more than five decades.
The dinner offers guests an opportunity to experience the interplay between cuisine and wine in a relaxed, conversational setting while enjoying Halifax’s panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline.
