This waterfront gem is offering a four-course prix fixe Valentine’s Day menu from new Executive Chef Martin C. Rangel. The meal begins with a trio of fois gras, filet mignon tartare and beet salad, followed by pasta options such as seafood parpadelle, orecchiette with spicy sausage, and lobster risotto. Crispy sea bass with ratatouille and basil sauce, baby rack of lamb with Israeli couscous and rosemary-scented jus, and a beef tenderloin with goat cheese whipped potatoes, caramelized cipollini, and carrots in a balsamic demi glace are among the tasty entrées. For dessert, Executive Pastry Chef Cristal Paredes has whipped up a sweet trio of triple chocolate mousse cake, strawberry panna cotta and a chocolate meringue heart. Other nice touches include a complimentary glass of sparkling bubbly, sugary take-home treat, and complimentary valet parking. In addition to 2/14, the Valentine’s Day menu is available 2/10 through 2/12 (they’re closed on 2/13). It costs $140 per person. An à la carte menu is also being offered 2/10 through 2/12.
