Cottages & Gardens recently had the honor to visit One Park, a luxurious new 14-story, 204-unit luxury condominium building that reflects the northern expansion of New Jersey’s Hudson River Gold Coast. Developed by DMG Investments and designed by renowned architectural firm Architectura and located atop the historic Palisades Cliffs in Cliffside Park, New Jersey, the recently completed building offers buyers an incredible array of features and stunning views of New York City, stretching from the George Washington Bridge to Wall Street.
During the tour, Cottages & Gardens had the chance to see some of their outdoor and indoor amenities, including an Aquatic Center featuring an indoor 55-foot heated pool with sauna and steam rooms, an adjoining outdoor sun deck; and a private furnished roof deck including dining terrace with grilling stations, fire pits, intimate seating areas and outdoor movie theater. We were ‘wowed’ by how pristine and modern the homes were, which also featured a private fitness center, a squash room, a golf simulator room, a children’s playroom, pet spa and guest suites, to name a few features.
