On-site tours at 7 Seventy House in Hoboken have relaunched with a flourish as pent-up demand has prospective renters leasing at the 424-home luxury apartment building at a feverish pace, according to The Marketing Directors, its exclusive leasing and marketing agent.

With state regulations softened, the leasing and model center at 7 Seventy House has opened by appointment only, and with detailed health and social distancing protocols in place to ensure the safety of both visitors and residents.  The resumption of in-person showings follows a wildly successful spring virtual tour program that propelled the building past the impressive mark of 70% leased.  The one-on-one digital presentations, guided by a member of the leasing staff, are still available for prospects wishing to tour the building remotely.
