A popular Journal Square lounge is finally reopening.
JSQ Lounge located at 50 Journal Square Plaza plans on reopening and will bring back its comedy shows. JSQ sits right next Lowes Theater and has made a name for itself as a laid back spot for drinks with friends, a karaoke spot on select nights and the go-to comedy spot on Friday nights.
According to Patch, “cocktail lovers and those just looking to unwind will welcome the reopening as the lounge offers a $10 classic cocktails deal. The lounge temporarily closed in August 2020, to the dismay of local patrons. JSQ announced its reopening on Instagram and was met with praise and congratulations in the comments, along with plenty planning on stopping in.”
