The City of Hoboken is gearing up for its annual Spring Arts & Music Festival on Sunday, May 17, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. along Washington Street, between Observer Highway and Seventh Street. Mayor Emily B. Jabbour is welcoming both residents and visitors to the free outdoor celebration.

This year’s headline acts bring serious nostalgia, with freestyle and dance-pop legends George Lamond, Cynthia, Betty Dee of Sweet Sensation, and The Cover Girls all set to perform on the Observer Highway Stage. Opening that stage will be Broadway’s Great Gatsby actress and Hoboken resident Dariana Mullen, who will perform solo and alongside costar Dan Rosales, followed by sets from Dallas Connors and DJ Bripee.
A second stage on Washington Street between Sixth and Seventh Streets will spotlight local and emerging talent, including musician Finn Douglas, rock band 3 Dollars, ska band Day 19, and singer-songwriter Janétza Miranda. A full performance schedule will be released one week before the event.
Beyond the music, the festival will host over 300 artists, crafters, makers, and vendors, plus food from local Hoboken eateries.
