Halifax , located at W Hoboken, is adding an interactive twist to summer cocktails this August with its new Build Your Own Spritz experience, designed for groups to enjoy together on the restaurant’s waterfront patio.

Guests can choose from three summer favorites — an Aperol Spritz, Sarti Spritz or Hugo Spritz — and build their drinks tableside. Each experience comes with Prosecco, soda, fresh garnishes and everything needed for guests to mix and customize their own spritzes.

Priced at $50 and serving four to six guests, the Build Your Own Spritz is designed as a shareable experience for summer gatherings, weekend get-togethers and evenings on the patio overlooking the Manhattan skyline.

The Build Your Own Spritz experience is available throughout August at Halifax at W Hoboken, 225 River St., Hoboken, N.J.
